First checks
Before contacting support, check the basics first.
Check the selected website
Make sure you are looking at the correct website in mandera.
If your workspace contains multiple websites, open Settings and check the Selected Website. Analytics, SEO, context and growth data depend on the website you selected.
Check your role
Some settings and actions can depend on your role.
If you cannot invite team members, connect an integration, edit website settings or view billing information, you may need owner or admin access.
Check the time range
Some dashboards depend on the selected date range.
If data looks empty or lower than expected, change the date range and check whether data appears for another period.
Troubleshooting
No analytics data appears
If no data appears in the analytics suite, check whether the tracking snippet is installed and connected.
Steps to check:
- Open Settings.
- Select the correct website.
- Check the Analytics script status.
- If the script is not connected, copy the snippet.
- Add the snippet to your CMS, tag manager or website header.
- Open your website in a browser.
- Return to mandera and check the analytics suite again.
If data still does not appear, check the Installation guide for verification steps. Common causes include a missing snippet, the snippet only being installed on some pages, caching, tag manager rules or a script blocker in the browser.
Google Search Console does not connect
If Google Search Console does not connect, check whether your Google account has access to the correct Search Console property.
Steps to check:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Google Search Console integration.
- Start the connection again.
- Choose the Google account that has access to your website.
- Select the correct website property.
- Confirm the connection.
- Return to the seo suite and review the data once it appears.
If the connection still does not work, check Google Search Console directly and confirm that the website is verified there. The connected Google account needs access to the relevant property.
SEO data looks incomplete
SEO data can depend on connected search data, ranking data and the selected website.
Check whether:
- the correct website is selected
- Google Search Console is connected if you want to review Search Console data
- the selected time range has data
- the keyword or location filter is too narrow
- the page or keyword is available in the current dataset
If you recently connected Google Search Console, it may take some time until the data appears in mandera.
Context or Brand Memory is missing
If the context suite does not show activity or Brand Memory is empty, mandera may not have crawled enough website context yet.
Steps to check:
- Open the context suite.
- Check whether pages crawled or pages changed appear in the overview.
- Open the Activity Feed and review recent events.
- Check Brand Memory again after the next weekly crawl, or use Regenerate Brand Memory.
If important pages are missing, make sure they are publicly accessible and not blocked by your website setup.
A strategy is stuck
If a strategy does not move forward, check whether a task or checkpoint still needs your review.
Steps to check:
- Open the growth suite.
- Open the relevant strategy.
- Review the task list.
- Check whether a task is incomplete.
- Look for checkpoints that need approval.
- Use Ask AI if you need help understanding the next step.
- Complete the strategy only when the planned work has been reviewed.
A strategy may also need more data before impact can be measured. SEO and traffic changes can take time before results are visible.
Generated content is missing
If you created content through a strategy but cannot find it, open the Content Library.
Check whether:
- the correct website is selected
- the selected strategy filter is active
- the content type filter is too narrow
- the search query is hiding the result
- the content was generated in a different strategy
Use All strategies to show all generated content again.
Contact support
Contact mandera support when you cannot solve an issue through the documentation.
When contacting support, include as much context as possible:
- your organization name
- the selected website
- the page or feature where the issue appears
- what you expected to happen
- what happened instead
- screenshots if useful
- steps to reproduce the issue
- whether the issue affects one website or multiple websites
This helps the support team understand and reproduce the issue faster.
Report a bug
Report a bug when something appears broken, incorrect or inconsistent.
Useful bug report details include:
- the feature affected
- the browser and device you used
- the selected website
- the action you tried to complete
- the error message, if one appeared
- screenshots or screen recordings if possible
- whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
If the bug affects data, mention the dashboard, date range and filters you used.

Common tasks
I installed mandera, but nothing appears
Start with Settings and check whether the analytics script shows as connected.
Then open Installation and follow the verification steps. If the snippet is installed correctly but data still does not appear, contact support with the website URL and a screenshot of the script setup.
I connected Google Search Console, but no data appears
Check whether the selected Google account has access to the correct Search Console property.
Then check the selected website and date range in mandera. If the issue continues, contact support and mention the website, Google Search Console property and when you connected it.
I cannot invite a team member
Check your role and plan first.
Team invites may depend on your current plan or access level. If Invite member is disabled, contact mandera to ask whether team access is available for your workspace.
I want to delete my account or data
Open Settings and go to the Danger Zone.
Use the contact option to request account or data deletion. Include the relevant organization, website and account email so the request can be reviewed.
