Manage your account, website setup, team access, integrations and billing.
Settings is where you manage the administrative parts of your mandera workspace. This includes your account, organization, connected websites, tracking snippet, Google Search Console connection, team members, billing and data requests.
From here you can:
- review your account and organization details
- manage your selected website
- add or edit websites
- copy your analytics script
- check whether the tracking script is connected
- connect Google Search Console
- invite team members when your plan includes team access
- review roles and access
- check billing and AI usage information
- request account or data deletion
Some settings depend on your role, workspace setup or current plan. If a setting is disabled, you may need owner or admin access, or your plan may not include that option yet.
Account
The Account section shows who is currently logged in and which organization the account belongs to.
It can include:
- your email address
- your role
- your organization
- AI usage information
- profile and password actions
Use this section when you want to check which account you are using, confirm your role or update your profile details.
Roles
Your role controls which settings and actions are available to you.
For example, an owner or admin may be able to manage websites, integrations, team members or billing, while other roles may have more limited access.
If you cannot change a setting, check your role first or ask the workspace owner for access.
AI usage
The AI usage area shows your workspace’s AI token usage.
Your plan includes a monthly AI token allowance, shared across chat, content generation and background jobs. It resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Website settings
Website settings is where you manage the website that mandera is connected to.
Selected website
Use Selected Website to choose which website you want to manage.
If your workspace contains multiple websites, select the website you want to review before changing settings, copying the snippet or checking integrations.
Add website
Use Add website when you want to connect another domain or website to mandera.
Each website can have its own tracking setup, analytics data, context, Brand Memory, SEO data and growth work. If Add website is disabled, your current plan or workspace setup may not include additional websites yet.
Website name and URL
The website name is the label shown inside mandera. The website URL is the domain mandera connects to.
Use Edit Property to update the website name or details. Be careful when changing website information, because it can affect how the website appears across the dashboard.
Analytics script
The Analytics script is the tracking snippet that connects your website to mandera analytics.
If the script is connected, mandera is receiving data from the selected website. If it is not connected, copy the snippet and add it to your website through your CMS, tag manager or global website header.
Use Copy snippet when you need to install mandera on your website or send the snippet to a developer.
For detailed setup instructions, see Installation.
Google Search Console integration
The Google Search Console integration connects real search performance data with mandera.
When connected, mandera can use Google Search Console data such as clicks, impressions, average CTR and average position. This can make the seo suite more useful and help mandera understand which search queries and pages already perform in Google.
If the integration is not connected, use Connect to start the setup flow.
You need access to the correct Google Search Console property before you connect it. If the connection does not work, check whether the Google account you selected has access to the website.
Team
The Team section shows who has access to the workspace.
It can include:
- team member email addresses
- roles
- available actions
- invite options
Use Invite member to add someone to your workspace. If the option is disabled, your plan does not include team invites yet.
Team access can be useful when a developer needs to install the tracking script, a marketer needs to review data or a team member should help with strategies and content.
Team roles
Roles help control what each person can see or change.
Owners and admins usually have broader access to workspace settings. Other roles may be more limited, depending on the current setup.
Before inviting someone, decide whether they need full access or only access for a specific task.
Billing
Billing settings show plan and payment-related information.
Use this area to review your current plan, billing status or plan-related limits. Depending on your setup, billing actions may be visible directly in mandera or handled through support.
If you cannot change billing details inside your account, contact mandera for help.
Data export and deletion
Settings also help you manage account and data requests.
Export data
Use Data export when you need a copy of your account, website or workspace data.
If no export option is visible in your account yet, contact mandera and request the data you need. Make sure to mention the relevant organization and website.
Delete data or account
The Danger Zone is used for sensitive account and data actions.
If you want your account or data to be permanently deleted, contact mandera. Deletion requests may require confirmation to make sure the request is intentional and sent by an authorized person.
Be careful with deletion requests. Permanent deletion cannot always be undone.
