Growth Suite

Turn analytics, SEO and website context into opportunities, strategies and measurable growth work.

The growth suite is where mandera turns insight into action. It helps you find opportunities, create strategies, manage tasks, generate content and measure the impact of completed work.

From here you can:

  • review your current growth activity at a glance
  • find new opportunities based on your website data
  • turn opportunities into strategies
  • work through tasks and checkpoints
  • generate content with mandera AI
  • store generated outputs in the Content Library
  • measure impact from baseline to result
  • keep control over every step before anything is used

Nothing goes live without you. mandera can help you plan, write and analyze, but it does not automatically change your website, publish pages or push updates without your approval.

The modules

Overview

The overview gives you a high-level summary of your current growth activity.

The summary card explains what mandera sees right now, for example traffic changes, new opportunities that need attention and what moved since your last visit.

The metric cards show key growth signals such as opportunities found, rankings improved and visitor traffic. Use the small trend lines to see whether these signals are moving up, down or staying stable.

Use this module first when you want to understand what needs attention next.

Opportunity Radar

Opportunity Radar shows growth opportunities as a visual map.

Each point represents a possible opportunity, such as a new keyword, a metadata issue, thin content, a missing H1, a technical issue or a content gap. The radar helps you see opportunity areas quickly instead of reading a long list first.

mandera can surface opportunities from multiple inputs, including analytics data, SEO data, website context, Brand Memory, previous strategies and completed work.

Use this module to decide which opportunity should become a strategy.

Strategy panel

The strategy panel shows the details of one active strategy.

The left side shows your active strategy slots. The main panel shows the selected strategy, including its goal, description, affected URLs, impact metrics and generated content.

The task area shows what has already been completed and what still needs to be done. Use ask ai when you need help refining the strategy, and complete when the work has been reviewed and finished.

A strategy helps you move from “this could be improved” to “this is what we will do next.”

Impact

Impact shows what happened after strategies were completed or put into action.

The impact view combines a radar chart, a summary card and a results table. The radar helps you see which areas improved, such as traffic, rankings, CTR, authority or conversion-related signals.

The table lists completed strategies with their start date, end date and measured result. This helps you connect growth work to actual outcomes.

Impact starts with a baseline. After enough time has passed, mandera compares later results against that baseline to show whether a strategy created measurable progress.

Opportunities

Where opportunities come from

Opportunities are based on the information mandera has about your website.

This can include:

  • traffic patterns from the analytics suite
  • keyword and ranking data from the seo suite
  • website changes from the context suite
  • Brand Memory and business context
  • previous strategies and completed work

The more complete your data and context are, the more specific the opportunities can become.

If an opportunity looks wrong or too generic, check the related analytics, SEO data and Brand Memory first. The issue may come from missing website context or incomplete setup.

Review an opportunity

Use the opportunity view to understand:

  • which growth ideas mandera found
  • which areas have potential
  • whether an opportunity is connected to SEO, traffic, technical issues or content
  • which opportunity should become a strategy

You can accept an opportunity, reject it or leave it for later, depending on the available workflow.

Strategy co-creation

Create a strategy

Strategy co-creation is the process of building a strategy together with mandera AI.

mandera can help you understand the opportunity, suggest next steps, generate tasks and create content. You can review, edit, approve or reject the output before anything is used.

A strategy usually moves through steps such as:

  1. Review the opportunity.
  2. Create or open a strategy.
  3. Review the suggested goal and affected URLs.
  4. Work through the proposed tasks.
  5. Review generated content.
  6. Approve, edit or reject outputs.
  7. Complete the strategy when the work is done.
  8. Track the impact after completion.

This process is designed to keep you in control while still using AI to reduce manual research, planning and writing work.

Strategy slots

mandera supports 6 active strategy slots at the same time.

This does not mean you can only create 6 strategies in total. It means you can work with up to 6 active strategies at once. When a strategy is completed, cancelled or otherwise no longer active, its slot becomes available again.

Strategy views

The growth suite can show strategies in different views.

Use the strategy view when you want to review one strategy in detail. This view can show affected URLs, impact metrics, generated content and connected tasks.

Use the list view when you want to compare active, completed, cancelled or all strategies in a structured table.

Use the tasks view when you want to focus on the individual next steps that still need to be completed.

Tasks and checkpoints

Tasks

Tasks are the individual steps inside a strategy.

A task may be something like reviewing a page, updating content, monitoring traffic recovery, checking SEO impact or creating content around a specific opportunity.

Use the task view when you want to work through a strategy step by step.

Tasks can help you understand:

  • what needs to happen next
  • which strategy a task belongs to
  • whether a task is still open
  • how far a strategy has progressed

Checkpoints

Checkpoints are approval points inside a strategy.

They make sure important steps do not happen without your review. mandera may generate recommendations, tasks or content, but you decide whether they are good enough to use.

This is the key principle:

Nothing goes live without you.

mandera does not automatically change your website, publish pages, edit live content or push updates without your approval. Generated content is prepared for review, not published automatically.

Ask AI inside a strategy

Inside a strategy, you can use mandera AI to ask questions, refine the plan or generate supporting content.

Use this when you need help understanding the opportunity, improving a content draft or deciding what should happen next.

The AI can support the strategy, but you still approve the work before using it.

Generated content

Where generated content goes

Generated content is content created by mandera AI as part of a strategy.

This can include drafts, analyses, reports, recommendations or content updates. Generated content is connected to the strategy it belongs to, so you can understand why it was created and what opportunity it supports.

Content generated during a strategy is stored in the Content Library. From there, you can review, edit, reuse or export it.

Use generated content as a working draft. Always review it before publishing or sending it anywhere.

Languages

mandera generates content in more than 60 verified languages. See the full list in supported languages.

This can help you create or adapt content for different markets, audiences or website versions. Before publishing translated or localized content, review it for accuracy, tone, terminology and local relevance.

Impact measurement

Baseline to result

The baseline-to-result flow helps you avoid guessing.

Before judging a strategy, mandera needs to know what the situation looked like before the work was done. That starting point is the baseline.

After the work is completed, mandera can compare new data against that baseline. This makes the impact view more useful than a simple before-and-after impression.

Use baseline and result data to answer:

  • Did the strategy improve the target metric?
  • Did rankings move after the work?
  • Did traffic recover or increase?
  • Should we continue, adjust or stop this strategy?

Impact metrics

Impact can help you review whether important signals changed after a strategy.

This can include areas such as:

  • rankings
  • visitor traffic
  • SEO-related progress
  • technical progress
  • conversion-related signals

Not every strategy shows impact immediately. Some changes need time before results are visible, especially SEO work.

Common tasks

Find a new opportunity

Open the opportunities area and review the radar or list view.

Look for opportunities that match your current business goal. Choose an opportunity when it is relevant, realistic and connected to a page, topic or problem you want to improve.

Turn an opportunity into a strategy

Open the opportunity and create a strategy from it.

Review the suggested goal, affected URLs, priority and proposed steps. Do not approve the strategy automatically. Check whether the recommendation fits your business before you continue.

Work through a strategy

Open the strategy view and review the tasks.

Work through the tasks one by one. Use the generated content and AI suggestions as support, but review everything before you use it.

Review generated content

Open the generated content inside the strategy or in the Content Library.

Check whether the content matches your brand, your audience and the goal of the strategy. Edit it before publishing or using it externally.

Complete a strategy

Complete a strategy when the planned work is done and reviewed.

After completion, the active strategy slot becomes available again. mandera can then continue tracking impact against the baseline.

Review impact

Open the impact section after a strategy has been completed.

Compare the results with the baseline and check whether the target metrics moved. Use the result to decide whether the strategy worked, needs another iteration or should lead to a new opportunity.
