What the engine is
mandera’s suites collect what is happening on your site: traffic in the analytics suite, rankings in the seo suite, your content and Brand Memory in the context suite. The Agentic Engine is the layer that works with that evidence. It reads your real data, your pages and your history, and produces the work you see in the growth suite.
That grounding is the point. The engine does not answer from a generic model’s memory. Every recommendation and every deliverable is based on what is actually happening on your site.
How work runs
Durable background tasks
Work in mandera does not live inside a chat window. When you start something, the engine turns it into a durable background task. You can close the tab, leave, and come back to the result. Tasks can pause, resume and pick up where they left off, so nothing is lost when you step away.
Workflows
Recurring work follows proven workflows: finding opportunities, researching a strategy, activating one. A workflow is a fixed sequence of steps the engine has run many times, so the same kind of job produces the same quality every time.
Scheduled jobs
Some work runs on its own. Scheduled jobs keep your data fresh: they re-crawl your site, refresh your rankings, measure your active strategies and surface new growth insights, without you starting anything.
The specialist agents
The engine is not one AI doing everything. You stay in control
Checkpoints
The engine acts, but it does not act past you. At the moments that matter, a task pauses at a checkpoint and waits for your approval before it continues. mandera does the heavy lifting and hands you ready-to-use work, but nothing reaches your website unless you put it there.
What is automatic and what is not
Automatic: data refreshes, crawls, ranking updates, impact measurement and surfacing new opportunities. Never automatic: publishing, editing your live website or anything that changes what your visitors see. Strategies and content always go through your review.
What the engine produces
The results of engine work are saved as artifacts: real deliverables such as content drafts, analyses and reports. Every artifact is attached to the strategy it belongs to and stored in your Content Library, so the work is kept, not buried in a chat.
Your data and isolation
