Content Library

Find, review and reuse content generated by mandera AI.

The Content Library is where generated content from AI tasks and strategies is stored. It helps you keep track of drafts, reports, analyses and recommendations, so you can return to them later instead of losing them inside a single workflow.

From here you can:

  • find generated content in one place
  • filter content by type
  • search for specific outputs
  • see which strategy a piece of content belongs to
  • review the task that created it
  • reuse content for future work
  • return to earlier outputs when continuing a strategy

Generated content stays connected to its context. Each item can show which strategy and task it belongs to, so you can understand why it was created and what it was meant to support.

What appears here

Artifacts

The Content Library stores artifacts generated by mandera AI.

An artifact is a concrete output created during a workflow. This can include content drafts, reports, analyses, recommendations or other AI-generated work.

Artifacts can be created from:

  • growth strategies
  • AI tasks
  • strategy co-creation
  • generated recommendations
  • reports or analyses
  • content-related workflows

If no content appears yet, mandera may not have generated any artifacts for the selected website.

Content types

Use the type filters to narrow the library.

The Content Library can include types such as:

  • text
  • report
  • analysis
  • recommendation

Use these filters when you want to find one specific kind of output. For example, use report when you are looking for a generated summary, or recommendation when you want to review suggested next steps.

Strategy connection

Generated content can be connected to the strategy that created it.

This connection helps you understand:

  • why the content was generated
  • which strategy it supports
  • which task created it
  • whether it belongs to active, completed or earlier work
  • how it fits into the bigger growth workflow

Use the All strategies dropdown when you want to narrow the Content Library to one specific strategy. By default, it shows all generated content. When you select a strategy, the table only shows content connected to that strategy.

Search and filter content

Search

Use the search field to find specific content by title or topic.

This is useful when you remember what the output was about, but not which strategy or task created it.

Search can help you quickly find:

  • a content draft
  • a recommendation
  • a report
  • an analysis
  • a strategy-related output

Filter by type

Use the type filters to show only a specific content category.

For example, select text to review written drafts, or analysis to review generated analysis outputs.

Filtering by type helps keep the library manageable as more content is generated over time.

Filter by strategy

Use the All strategies dropdown to choose whether you want to see content from all strategies or only from one selected strategy.

This is useful when multiple strategies have generated content and you want to focus on the artifacts connected to one specific workflow.

Select All strategies again when you want to return to the full Content Library.

Read the content table

Table columns

The Content Library table helps you understand each artifact at a glance.

ColumnMeaning
TitleThe name of the generated content item.
StrategyThe strategy the content belongs to, if connected.
TypeThe content category, such as text, report, analysis or recommendation.
TaskThe task that created or requested the content.
CreatedThe date or time the content was created.

Use these columns to decide which item you want to open, review or reuse.

Empty state

If the library shows “No content found”, no generated content is available for the current filters.

This can happen when:

  • no AI tasks have generated content yet
  • no strategy has produced content yet
  • the current filters are too narrow
  • the selected website does not have stored artifacts yet

Clear filters or generate content through a strategy to populate the Content Library.

Reuse generated content

Review before using

Generated content should be treated as a working draft.

Before using it, check whether it matches:

  • your brand
  • your audience
  • the strategy goal
  • the affected URL
  • the intended format
  • the current facts and context

mandera can help create drafts and recommendations, but you stay in control of what gets used.

Use content in a strategy

When content is connected to a strategy, open it together with the strategy context.

This helps you understand what the content was created for and which task it supports.

For example, a generated draft may belong to a page update strategy, while a recommendation may belong to a ranking improvement task.

Reuse content later

You can return to earlier generated content when you continue a strategy or start related work.

This is useful when you want to:

  • continue editing a draft
  • reuse a recommendation
  • compare old and new outputs
  • find a previous report
  • understand what was already created for a topic

Common tasks

Find generated content

Open the Content Library and use search, type filters or the All strategies dropdown to narrow the list.

If you know the connected strategy, use the All strategies dropdown. If you know the type of output, use the type filters.

Find content from one strategy

Use the All strategies dropdown and select the strategy you want to review.

The table updates to show only content connected to that strategy. Use this when you want to continue work on a specific growth strategy or review all artifacts created for it.

Select All strategies again when you want to return to the full Content Library.

Find a specific content type

Use the type filters at the top of the library.

Choose text, report, analysis or recommendation depending on what you want to find.

Reuse an earlier output

Open the content item you want to reuse. Review the strategy, task and content type before using it.

If the content is outdated, use mandera AI Chat or the related strategy to update it before publishing or sharing it.

Check why content was created

Look at the connected strategy and task.

This helps you understand what the generated content was meant to support and whether it is still relevant.
