What is included?

mandera pro is one product, with no feature tiers. You get all four suites (Growth, Analytics, SEO and Context), the Agentic Engine and the Content Library, and each domain includes 1M pageviews and 1,000 keywords. You pay by domain, not by feature.

How do the limits work?

AI tokens measure what the AI engine does for you: chatting with the system, finding opportunities, checking keyword rankings, background jobs and content creation. You can see your usage in settings, or ask the dashboard chat. With more than one domain, the token allowance is pooled and shared across all of them.

Pageviews come from your analytics. When a domain reaches its monthly pageviews, it stops counting until the next month, then resets. Very high-traffic sites fit Enterprise, but 99% of domains never come close, so the allowance is generous.

Keywords are the terms a domain ranks for: up to 1,000 retrieved from our SEO data partner and updated weekly in the dashboard.

Extra AI tokens are for heavy users who reach the limit: add 10M for 50€, and unlike the monthly tokens these roll over and never expire.

mandera is designed to be fair, so most businesses stay well inside every limit and never have to think about it.

How much does an extra domain cost?

Pricing is per website. The first domain is 69€ per month excl. VAT, and each additional domain is 55€ per month, so every extra site costs less than your first.

What counts as a domain?

A domain is one website you point mandera at. Each domain gets its own analytics stream, crawl, keyword set and opportunity engine.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free. The page shows the effective monthly price when annual billing is on.

Is VAT included in the price?

Prices are shown excl. VAT. Any VAT that applies is added at checkout based on your details.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

Your free trial runs for 7 days and includes 10 high-impact opportunities. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. If you stay, your subscription starts at the price shown above.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. You add a payment method at the start, so your account is ready when the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. mandera is month to month, with no long contract and no setup fee. Cancel whenever you like, and your access runs to the end of the paid period.

If I sign up now, will my price change later?

No. From 1 September 2026, new customers pay 99€ for the first domain and 79€ for each additional one. If you start before then, you keep the rate you signed up at for as long as your subscription stays active.

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay and Link are supported through Stripe.

How do AI tokens work?

Each domain adds 5M AI tokens per month. Tokens are pooled across your account, so two domains include 10M and three domains include 15M.

Can I add extra AI tokens?

Yes. Add 10M extra AI tokens for 50€. Extra tokens never expire, so unused capacity stays available.

Can I add or remove domains later?

Yes. Add or remove domains from one account. Changes apply from the next billing cycle, and your data remains exportable and deletable.

Is mandera privacy-first?

Yes. mandera uses cookieless first-party analytics, runs on German servers within the EU, and is powered by Mistral Large 3 with zero data retention. It never trains on your data, needs no consent banner, and a DPA is available.
